Miami’s 4th of July fireworks are one of the best in the State of Florida, watching the night turn into an amazing range of colors and the impressive explosions is an experience that you can miss. Best of all? It’s totally FREE! Take your family out in a safe environment and enjoy the food trucks and vendors in Miami, while supporting your local economy.
Miami-Dade Police Department will be displaying an impressive amount of Police Officers to make sure your family is safe, so enjoy the night and let the fireworks begin!
Here is a list of the places you can see the Fireworks in Miami:
America’s Birthday Bash at Bayfront Park
- Admission: FREE
- Music, Food and Drink, Kids’ Zone, and one of the largest fireworks displays in the city overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay.
- Park opens at 10:00 AM
- Live music begins at 2:00 PM
- Sam Adams Beer Garden opens at 2:00 PM
- Kids Zone (Ages 2-16): 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Fireworks Show starts at 9:00 pm (approx. 30 minutes)

Miami Beach Fire on the Fourth Festival
- Admission: FREE

You can park at the 42 Street/Sheridan Avenue public parking areas to take a free shuttle bus to the North Beach Bandshell. Free shuttles buses will also be available at Miami-Dade Transit bus stops along 41 Street and Collins Avenue/Indian Creek route (you must flag down the special shuttle). Service will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with 30-minute headways.

Key Biscayne 4th of July Parade and Fireworks

- Jets flying over, marching bands, marching golf carts.. red-white-and-blue floats and tons of special entertainment!
- Kiwanis Picnic on the Village Green following the parade.

The City will offer free parking and continuous shuttle service throughout the evening to and from The Biltmore Hotel. Shuttle service begins at 5 p.m. from the following locations. The last shuttle will depart for the fireworks at 8:15 p.m. you can park a the following locations: University of Miami-Pavia Garage, Coral Gables Youth Center-405 University Drive, Garage 4-345 Andalusia Avenue.

City of Homestead Celebrations “Race to the 4th” at Miami Speedway
- Admission: FREE
- A family event and a community tradition featuring live music, rides and rock walls for children, foodtrucks and drink vendors, games and of course fireworks! Live entertainment will feature local staple, Main Highway, covering everything from The Animals to ZZ Top and up and coming country artist Ricky Valido along with his band “The Hialeah Hillbillies.”

Homestead’s annual “Race to the 4th!” Independence Day bash is back for the eighth year in a row at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. On Tuesday, July 4, 2017 from 6PM to 10PM, a sea of people, awash in reds, whites, and blues, will descend upon the track—being treated to live music, food trucks, and kids’ activities. Last year’s event boasted a record-breaking 25,000 attendees and this year is expected to bring even more patriots of all ages to enjoy the excitement.
